New Delhi, September 8: For the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), the dream to reach the south pole of moon lives on despite losing contact with the lander 'Vikram'. The space body's chief, K Sivan, issued a statement claiming that efforts to re-establish contact with the lander will continue for the next 14 days. Among other major news, National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval on Saturday pinned the blame on Pakistan for the communication blockade imposed in Jammu & Kashmir, claiming that the neighbouring nation is attempting to unleash a black propaganda - aimed at fuelling unrest - which has forced India to impose the restrictions. The upliftment of curbs will depend on the behaviour of Islamabad, he said.

Meanwhile,  tensions continue to escalate between the two South Asian neighbours, as Pakistan announced that it would not allow Indian President Ram Nath Kovind to use its airspace. The decision, said Pakistan's Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, is based on New Delhi's "recent behaviour" in Jammu & Kashmir.
