Mumbai, September 3: The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Monday said that former Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadav is appeared to be under extreme pressure to parrot a false narrative to bolster Pakistan’s claims. Kulbhushan Jadhav, who has been jailed in Pakistan on espionage charges, was granted consular access by Islamabad.
After 28 days of communication blockade, several areas in Kashmir Valley, including the militancy-affected region of Anantnag and Baramulla, have been connected with the telecommunication grid. Over 26,000 landlines have turned functional in the Valley, said Jammu & Kashmir Principal Secretary Rohit Kansal.
