New Delhi, January 3: Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan on Sunday said the COVID-19 vaccination drive is based on election process planned down to the booth level. Dr Harsh Vardhan said 96,000 vaccinators have been trained so far, adding that vaccination centres are designed intricately with separate waiting, vaccinating and observation room.
