Karnataka: More than 50 sheep were crushed to death after a speeding train ran over them between Sedam and Malkhed railway stations in Kalaburagi. Police have reached the spot.

Petrol and diesel prices in Mumbai today are Rs 85.54 per litre (decrease by Rs 0.39) & Rs 77.61 per litre (decrease by Rs 0.35), respectively.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Saturday said that the way in which India has progressed in the last 4.5 yrs under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has earned a place before the world. Fadnavis said, "The way in which India has come up as a power, I believe that it is not important for BJP but for India that Modi ji becomes the PM again".

Former Delhi Chief Minister Madan Lal Khurana passes away in Delhi. He was 82 years old. Khurana was a member of Rashtriya Swayansevak Sangh and the Bharatiya Janata Party.
