Mumbai, November 3: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) yesterday released candidate lists for Madhya Pradesh, Telangana and Mizoram assembly elections. The party announced the list of 177 candidates for assembly elections in MP, the second list of 28 candidates for Telangana assembly elections and 24 candidates for Mizoram elections.

US President Donald Trump on Friday re-imposed sanctions on Iran that were lifted under the 2015 nuclear deal. “On November 5th, the United States will reimpose sanctions that were lifted as part of the nuclear deal on Iran’s energy, shipbuilding, shipping and banking sectors. According to reports, South Korea, Japan, Turkey and India are among the eight selected countries that will get a waiver on US sanctions against Iran. The list of these exemptions would be announced on Monday.

The Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) on Friday said it would resort to 1992-like agitation for construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya if the need arises.
