New Delhi, May 8: In yet another instance of the Centre and Supreme Court not being on the same page, the names of two judges recommended by the SC Collegium for elevation has been sent back by the Union Law Ministry, asking the top judiciary to do a re-think. The names recommended were of Jharkhand high court Chief Justice Aniruddha Bose and Gauhati high court Chief Justice AS Bopanna. In major international news, one student was killed and seven others were left wounded after two attackers with guns went on rampage at a school near Denver in United States' Colorado. The accused have been taken into custody by the law enforcement officers.
