New Delhi, May 2: In a major diplomatic win for India on Wednesday, New Delhi was able to secure the listing of Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Masood Azhar among the list of global terrorists. The UN Security Council imposed sanctions against Azhar under the 1267 Al Qaida Sanctions Committee, after China -- a permanent member of the UNSC -- lifted its technical hold.
