New Delhi, June 27: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to meet Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe in Osaka, Japan during the G20 summit. Security was beefed up in the Japanese city of Osaka ahead of the G20 summit during which tens of thousands of policemen are expected to be deployed. The G20 summit will take place on Friday and Saturday at a convention centre located on an island in Osaka Bay. Stay tuned here for the live news and updates from India and across the world.

In India, veteran Tollywood actor-director Vijaya Nirmala passed away today in Hyderabad. She was 73. The actress breathed her last in the early hours of Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Continental Hospitals in Gachibowli.

Meanwhile, in Rajasthan, a man who posed as a doctor for 4 months was arrested by police on Wednesday. He had only passed Standard 12th. Pawan Choubey, Ranoli Police Station in-charge says, "One staff suspected him & checked his forged documents. Case registered, further probe underway".

In Hyderabad, an auto driver was stabbed on a busy road in Panjagutta on Wednesday. The accused was arrested and a case was registered. Thirupatanna, ACP Panjagutta, was quoted by ANI saying that the accused is alleging that he is HIV+ve  and the deceased was defaming him in the society for the past few years for it.
