In the wake of the dense fog situations in North India, especially in Delhi, 17 trains to north India are running late due to operational reasons. Meanwhile, Delhi Airport Official mentioned that 46 flights were diverted till midnight due to dense fog at Delhi Airport. Also, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) announced that entry & exit gates at all stations have been opened and normal services have resumed in all stations.
Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Saturday predicted very dense fog at isolated pockets over north Rajasthan, Punjab and Chandigarh.
