Mumbai, December 11: Home Minister Amit Shah will move The Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019 in Rajya Sabha, today. There were massive protests in Assam as shops, schools were shut, while people declared a bandh to protest against the CAB.

In another big news of today, ISRO's PSLV-C48 to launch RISAT-2BR1 and 9 commercial satellites at 3:25 pm today, from Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR, Sriharikota. RISAT-2BR1 is a radar imaging earth observation satellite weighing about 628 kg.

The two accused have been arrested by Mumbai Police in connection with the theft of 168 kg onions valued around Rs 20,160, from two stalls in Dongri Market, on the intervening night of December 5 and 6.  The Centre has attributes spike in onion price to late sowing, decrease in crop area.
