New Delhi, April 30: With the Cyclone Fani intensifying on the coastal areas of the Bay of Bengal, including Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha, the Indian Navy has extended its help and stated that the naval aircraft would be standing by at Naval Air Stations INS Rajali at Arakkonam, Tamilnadu & INS Dega at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh to undertake reconnaissance, rescue, casualty evacuation and airdrop of relief material to the stranded if required. Fishermen have been advised not to venture in the ocean till the cyclone is over.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will produce a 29-year-old Palakkad resident, Riyas Aboobacker alias Abu Dujana in a court in Kochi on Tuesday. Dujana was arrested by the NIA on Sunday for allegedly conspiring to commit a terrorist act through the ISIS Kasargode module.
