Punjab Minister Sukhjinder Randhawa to ANI: Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, MLAs, the entire state cabinet, Central government representative who will flag off the first 'jatha' and journalists, will visit Kartarpur Corridor on the day of its opening.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman suggests loan melas for new loan seekers, "we have told the banks that till March 31, 2020 no stressed asset MSME will be declared an NPA. We have also requested that the bank should make an effort to sit with such stressed asset MSMEs & work it out with them to get them out of that situation."

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the bankers were receptive and cooperative during the meeting.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman who earlier chaired review meeting with Public Sector Banks at New Delhi today said that banks are parting away with liquidity is a good sign for customers.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman says that reviewed liquidity moving from banks to NBFCs and that the NBFCs is passing it on to the customers. Finance Minister says decided that there will be a gathering of NBFCs and retail customer in 200 districts between now and September 29. Banks will be encouraged to include new retail customers for lending.

Punjab Cabinet has approved the modalities for distribution of smart mobile phones to the state’s youth, "to pave the way for the implementation of the scheme from December this year." In the first phase, the mobile phones would be distributed to those girl students who do not own a smart phone and are studying in class 11th and 12th of Govt schools in Punjab, in the current financial year.

Twenty-Six Eleven, as these attacks are often referred to as, witnessed 10 Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists coming to Mumbai via sea route from Pakistan and carrying out a series of coordinated shooting and bombing attacks across the city.The ghastly attacks lasted for four days killing 166 people and injuring over 300. After sailing to the city under the cover of darkness, the terrorists targeted major landmarks of Mumbai with first attack taking place at the crowded Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) railway station. Ajmal Amir Kasab and Ismail Khan carried out the attack at this station, killing as many as 58 people and injuring over 100.
