Election Commission of India seeks explanation from Congress leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam within 48 hours, over "abusive language against Shivraj Singh Chouhan" reportedly used by him while addressing a public rally at Jaura, Morena in Madhya Pradesh on October 27.
