Mumbai, October 15: After arresting two accused in connection with NCP leader Baba Siddique's killing, the Mumbai police said that they are exploring all possible angles in the murder case, including connections to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. The development came a day after the Lawrence Bishnoi gang allegedly claimed responsibility for killing former Maharashtra Minister Baba Siddique. Now, a new development has emerged stating the potential "hit list" of Lawrence Bishnoi.

According to a report in India Today, during questioning, Lawrence Bishnoi allegedly told the National Investigation Agency (NIA) the top targets on his hit list. NIA documents revealed that gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's main target is Bollywood actor Salman Khan, as he wants to avenge the killing of the blackbuck by the superstar, which occurred in 1998. Besides Khan, it is also learned that Baba Siddique's son, Zeeshan Siddique, was also the target of shooters who killed the NCP leader. They told cops that they were given a contract to kill both Zeeshan and Baba Siddique. In the recent past, Salman Khan's house was allegedly targeted by the Bishnoi gang when gunmen reportedly fired multiple shots before fleeing the spot. It must be noted that Baba Siddique shared a close relationship with Salman Khan, and the latter was often spotted at the NCP leader's Iftaar party. So, who all are on Lawrence Bishnoi's hit list? Lawrence Bishnoi Has 700 Members in His Gang
The report also claimed that Lawrence Bishnoi confessed to a total of seven murders and over a dozen extortion cases. Bishnoi was arrested in August 2018 after a shootout in Gurugram. As per the NIA, Bishnoi enjoys a 700-member strong gang which is spread across the country and also includes sharpshooters. Bishnoi is reportedly running the gang with the help of other gangsters, such as Goldy Brar, Sachin Thapan, Anmol Bishnoi, Vikramjit Singh, Kala Jatheri, and Kala Rana.
