Though the nature of the economic office is yet to be clear, family of the lawmaker are trying to get the details of it. Among the people arrested frequently by the police in Saudi for so-called ‘hawala’ transaction - the illegal transfer of money back home – are Indians and Keralites do have a sizable population in that place.
