Chennai, July 21: In yet another collapse of an under construction building, 17 have been injured and many are feared trapped after an under construction building collapsed in Kandanchavadi area of Chennai, earlier today. According to media reports, eight ambulances and three fire tenders have reached the spot and rescue operations are underway.

As per the latest update coming in, 23 people have been rescued from the site where an under construction building collapsed in Chennai's Kandanchavadi. The Chief Minister's office has asked state disaster management team to monitor the situation. SDRF,NDRF and security forces are present at the spot. Check the tweet by news agency ANI below:
