Renowned journalist Kalpesh Yagnik passed away in Indore on July 12 at 10:30 pm. Yagnik, who was the National Group Editor of Dainik Bhaskar suffered a massive heart attack at about 10:00 pm at his office. He was immediately taken to the city's Bombay Hospital, but doctors could not revive him.
As per reports, Yagnik was born on June 21, 1963. He joined Dainik Bhaskar in 1998 before which he also worked at Free Press Journal. He was a B. Com graduate.

Yagnik is survived by mother Pratibha Yagnik, wife Bharti, elder daughter Sheran, and younger daughter Shreya. His cremation will take place at Mukti Dham crematorium at about 11:00 am on Friday.
