Jammu & Kashmir, November 26: Two terrorists have been killed in an encounter that broke out in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district on Monday evening. According to an ANI update, Irfan Sheikh is the latest terrorist to be killed in an exchange of fire in the area.
The security forces launched a search operation in the area after receiving information about the presence of terrorists. The encounter broke out as the terrorists opened fire after security personnel cordoned off the area. Jammu And Kashmir: Encounter Breaks Out in Pulwama, No Casualty Reported.

Earlier this month, in the district of Ganderbal, another militant was killed by a joint team of Jammu & Kashmir Police, CRPF and Army. The fresh encounter, reported in the wee hours of the day, was carried out in Gund village of Ganderbal, located roughly 60-km away from Srinagar.
