Terrorists on Tuesday lobbed a grenade at Pulwama police station in Jammu and Kashmir. According to reports, the grenade exploded outside the police station due to which some civilians received injuries.
Pulwama, June 18: Terrorists on Tuesday lobbed a grenade at Pulwama police station in Jammu and Kashmir. According to reports, the grenade exploded outside the police station due to which some civilians received injuries. After the attack, the entire area has been cordoned off and search operation is underway. More details are still awaited. The attack on Pulwama police station came a day after, terrorists lobbed a grenade at Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) 180 Battalion's Headquarters in Tral area of the district. The grenade exploded outside the camp. No injuries were reported in the attack. Jammu And Kashmir: Terrorists Lob Grenade at CRPF Camp in Pulwama; No Casualties Reported.
Army vehicle was also attacked on Monday with an improvised explosive device (IED) at Arihal village of Pulwama. Soldiers of 44 Rashtriya Rifles received minor injuries in the attack. No terror organisation has claimed the responsibility for the attack. These attacks came days after the terrorist attack in Anantnag in which five CRPF jawans lost their lives on the spot, while Jammu and Kashmir cop Arshad Khan succumbed to his injuries on Sunday.
