Jammu and Kashmir: Terrorists Attack CRPF Convoy in Srinagar, 6 Jawans Injured

The incident took place in Srinagar's Karan Nagar area, said initial reports. Three CRPF jawans have been injured in the attack, according to the report.

Srinagar, October 26: A joint patrol party of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) was attacked on Saturday evening in Srinagar. The incident took place in Srinagar's Karan Nagar area, said initial reports. Six CRPF jawans have been injured in the attack, according to the report. The terrorists reportedly lobbed grenade on the convoy. The CRPF opened fire in retaliation but the terrorists fled from the spot. The incident was tweeted by news agency ANI.
