Jammu and Kashmir: 4 Injured in Grenade Explosion Near District Magistrate’s Office in Anantnag

Police sources said that militants hurled the grenade at the entrance of the office complex at around 11 a.m. Of the injured, one of them was said to be critical, the sources added. The area has been cordoned off for search operations.

Srinagar, October 5: At least 14 civilians were injured on Saturday in a grenade explosion outside the District Magistrate's office in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag, police said. The injured included a local journalist named Zahoor Rizvi and a traffic policeman.

Police sources said that militants hurled the grenade at the entrance of the office complex at around 11 a.m. Jammu And Kashmir: Grenades Hurled at National Conference Leader's Residence in Pulwama, None Hurt.
