Jaipur Hospital Fire: Smoke Engulfs JK Lon Hospital ICU Due to Short Circuit, 25 Children Shifted to Another Floor

Due to a short circuit early this morning, smoke engulfed the ICU on the first floor of JK Lon Hospital in Jaipur. After which the patients complained of suffocation and they had to be shifted to another floor of the hospital. Reportedly, the situation has been brought under control now.

Jaipur, July 29: Following a short circuit early this morning, smoke engulfed the ICU on the first floor of JK Lon Hospital in Jaipur. After which, people felt suffocated and they had to be shifted to another floor of the hospital. Reportedly, the situation has been brought under control now. According to an ANI tweet, 25 children were admitted in the ward at the time of the incident and they have been shifted to ICU on the third floor of the hospital.

In SMS Medical College in Jaipur and all hospitals attached to it, patients going for treatment will need to disclose their religion because the authorities say that they are creating a database of population-specific diseases.

The authorities claimed that the data will help them to research diseases most prevalent among beef eaters and also among the vegetation eaters.
