Indore, August 29: A 2.5-year-old toddler in Khudel village, Indore, died on Wednesday, August 29 after falling from a second-floor balcony. While playing, the child accidentally reached the balcony and fell. Despite medical efforts, the toddler did not survive. The police have registered a case and are currently investigating the incident.
According to a report by Free Press Journal, the toddler, identified as Sakshi Sisodia, was playing on the balcony at her maternal grandparents' home when she accidentally slipped off while Peeping. During the incident, except for her uncle Jitendra, everyone was out for work. The uncle immediately contacted the child’s father and other family members after the incident. The police were notified and quickly arrived at the scene to file a case. Sakshi suffered serious injuries to her head and face from the fall. Her father rushed her to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment. Due to the severity of her injuries, she was subsequently referred to MY Hospital. Despite receiving medical care for five hours, Sakshi tragically passed away. The grieving family chose not to inform Sakshi's mother of her toddler's death until the morning. Sakshi was their only child. Sakshi's parents had moved to Indore from Khandwa just four months ago. Her father, Badal, was employed at a private company in the city.
