New Delhi, August 27: A Hyderabad bound Indigo flight, which took off from Delhi, had to have an emergency landing after the pilots perceived signs of smoke in the cockpit during descent. The pilots did so as a measure of caution, reported news agency ANI. The landing had to be expediated as the pilots sensed danger. The flight number is IndiGo 6E 6679.
After landing, the inspection was carried out by the engineering team. The team confirmed that the engine functionalities and parameters were alright.
