New Delhi, October 15: At a time when Delhi's air quality has started deteriorating due to stubble burning in nieghbouring states, environment minister Dr Harsh Vardhan announced that the Indian scientists, along with Finnish and American scientists, have developed a system that will predict the worsening air quality.
"Our scientists together with American and Finnish scientists have developed a mechanism where soon we will be able to forewarn about the deterioration of air quality," Dr Harsh Vardhan tweeted on Monday. His comments comes after the air quality in Delhi shifted from 'very poor' to 'severe' bracket following stubble burning by farmers in Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.
