For changing the setting, one needs to go to "WhatsApp settings", then select “Account” option. After that select “privacy” and go to “group” option. After choosing the group option change the setting to “My Contacts Only”. Earlier this month, a former Indian Army captain, Mukesh Chopra, was arrested for allegedly stealing books from Manekshaw Centre in Delhi Cantt area. Almost days after his arrest he committed suicide by jumping off a building in Tihar Jail. Captain Chopra was discharged from service in 1983. According to the FIR registered against Captain Chopra on November 1, he had entered the Centre for Land Welfare Studies (CLAWS), situated at Parade Ground in Delhi Cantonment area, and left the premises after 30 to 40 minutes. Later, in the CCTV footage it was found that the retired Army officer had stolen the books.
