Jodhpur, September 4: In a tragic incident, an Indian Air Force (IAF) fighter jet MIG-27 has been crashed at Deolia village in Jodhpur today. The reason for the crash is still not known. As per the standard operating procedure, the court of inquiry will be ordered to probe the incident. No casualties has been reported yet.
In a similar incident in June, a Sukhoi jet of the IAF crashed in Nashik district of Maharashtra. Two pilots who were on board managed to eject safely before the crash. The pilots were seen using parachutes to leave the aircraft before it crashed. Both of them landed safely.

Another IAF fighter jet, Jaguar crashed in June this year in Gujarat, The pilot, Air Commodore Sanjay Chauhan, lost his life in the crash. Court of Inquiry was ordered to investigate the cause of the accident.
