Scientists at Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) Imarat Centre at Hyderabad are working tirelessly to develop the weapon, reported The New Indian Express. The missile once launched for aircraft will be capable of restricting troop movement. It can also penetrate canopies and demolish bunkers. One of the key features of the missile is its capability to send back images of the target for battle damage assessment, which can serve as proof of the operation. The course of the missile can also be changed with the help of the inertial navigation system depending on the target.
