New Delhi, June 3: A transport aircraft of the Indian Air Force (IAF) went missing after taking off from the Jorhat airbase in Assam on Monday. According to a tweet by ANI, the IAF AN-32 aircraft was reported missing for more than two hours in Menchuka air field of Arunachal Pradesh. This is a breaking news story. More details are awaited. According to details available, the IAF aircraft had 13 people onboard when it went missing. The 13 people include eight crew members and five passengers. Reports inform that the aircraft last contacted ground sources at 1 PM today after taking off from Jorhat airbase.
