Reports say that 12 Mirage 2000 jets took part in the operation that dropped almost 1000 Kg bombs on terror camps across the LOC and destroyed them. Pakistan is claiming an airspace violation by IAF with "no damage" and that "Payload dropped in empty areas". However, fresh reports say that Pakistan has gone into a huddle and will be holding a series of meetings to discuss the situation. - At 0330 hours on February 26, a group of Mirage 2000 Indian Fighter jets struck a major terrorist camp across the LoC and completely destroyed it.
- At least 1000 Kg bombs were dropped on terror camps across the LoC, say IAF reports quoting sources.
- 12 Mirage 2000 jets took part in the operation that dropped 1000 Kg bombs on terror camps across LOC, completely destroying it.
- Balakot, Chakothi and Muzaffarabad terror launch pads across the LOC completely destroyed in IAF air strikes. JeM control rooms also destroyed.
- Reports say the bombing went on for 21 minutes. After this, all the 12 IAf aircraft returned safe - undetected and undeterred. Reports add that 200-300 terrorists have been killed in the operation.
