A video going viral on social media captures the tragic final moments of Vinay Verma, a 50-year-old jewellery shop owner from Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr, minutes before he lost his life in Himachal Pradesh’s Kullu. The footage shows Verma, equipped with full protective gear and a walking stick, descending an icy ridge at the pilgrimage site, Shrikhand Mahadev. The incident occurred approximately one kilometer from the glacier, where Verma slipped on the excessive snow and fell into a 250-meter gorge in Kullu's Nirmand subdivision.
