Mumbai, September 30: The HCLTechnologies Ltd. has issued a statement after its senior analyst Nitin Edwin Micheal tragically died after suffering a cardiac arrest inside the washroom of the company's Nagpur office. In its response, the HCLTech expressed deep sorrow over Nitin Micheal's death and called it an "unfortunate incident and a tragic loss". The company also said the emergency care was given to Micheal and he was transferred to the hospital.

“This is an unfortunate incident and a tragic loss. We extend our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased employee and are providing all possible assistance to them. In this incident, the employee was provided emergency support at the campus healthcare clinic and rushed to the hospital. HCLTech Senior Analyst Nitin Micheal Dies of Cardiac Arrest in Office Washroom

Nitin Micheal died after suffering a cardiac arrest in the washroom of the company located in Maharashtra's Nagpur. The incident occurred on Friday, September 27, when Nitin Edwin Michael, a senior analyst with HCL Technologies, went to the company's washroom and was later found unresponsive. Later, the body was sent for postmortem and police registered a case of accidental death. Officials said that initial autopsy findings indicated the man died of cardiac arrest. Nitin is survived by his wife and a six-year-old son. Further investigation into the matter is underway.
