Haryana: Missing DD News Reporter’s Body Found in Canal at Dhela Majra Village
Four days after missing under mysterious circumstances, the body of Ambala reporter of national news channel, Doordarshan, Rajesh Sharma was recovered from a canal at Dhela Majra village in Haryana on Saturday.
Ambala, August 10: Four days after missing under mysterious circumstances, the body of Ambala reporter of national news channel, Doordarshan, Rajesh Sharma was recovered from a canal at Dhela Majra village in Haryana on Saturday. The deceased was fished out from the Narwana branch canal. The Journalist was missing since August 6. The cause of death is not yet known. Mumbai Journalist Murdered at Antop Hill Residence.
Earlier, Sharma's wife Renuka, a resident of Baldev Nagar, had lodged a missing complaint with the police. In her complaint, she said that her husband, who works as a reporter for DD News, left home on Tuesday without taking his cell phone and other documents. After the complaint was registered, a search operation was initiated. On Saturday, his body was fished out by diver from the canal. According to police, Rajesh was reportedly under stress for the past a few days.
