Hardik Satishchandra Shah Appointed As Private Secretary to Prime Minister Narendra Modi
Hardik Satishchandra Shah is a 2010-Batch officer of Gujarat cadre. He was appointed as the Deputy Secretary in Prime Minister Officer (PMO) on August 31, 2019.
New Delhi, July 30: Hardik Satishchandra Shah has been appointed as Private Secretary to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday. Shah is currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO). Shah is a 2010-Batch officer of Gujarat cadre. He was appointed as the Deputy Secretary in Prime Minister Officer (PMO) on August 31, 2019. Shah has been on deputation at the Centre for over three years.
Prior to this appointment as the Deputy Secretary, Shah served as the Private Secretary to Prakash Javadekar, Union Minister for Environment. According to a report by Ahmedabad Mirror, Shah holds a post-graduate certificate in Environment Impact Assessment from University of Manchester. Shah also received fellowship from Kennedy School of Govt, Harvard University, for ‘Developing Design for Applicability of US Water Quality Trading Program in Indian Scenario’.
