Gurugram, March 18: In a shocking incident reported from Haryana's Gurugram, a 50-year-old tea vendor was allegedly stabbed to death on Saturday. The incident took place near sector 56 Rapid Metro Station. A new development has emerged in the brutal murder case. The police officials on Sunday said that the tea vendor was stabbed multiple times on the mouth with a screwdriver, reported Hindustan Times. The 50-year-old-victim, identified as Amar Singh, a resident of Rajasthan, was found dead near his tea stall on March 16. A passerby found Singh lying in a pool of blood and informed it to police officials and rushed the victim to a nearby government hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival. Singh's family member claimed that the victim did not have any enmity, said police official to Hindustan Times. Preliminary reports suggest that the victim died due to internal bleeding due to multiple stabbing. Apart from face and mouth, Singh had wounds on his neck and shoulders. Meanwhile, a case of murder has been registered against the unidentified person.
Earlier this month, a 37-year-old man was stabbed to death in Delhi's Wazirpur. The victim, out on bail in a rape case, was killed by three people, including two minors, after altercations between two parties. According to reports, the victim involved in a fight with three people, who later planned to kill him. The trio allegedly followed the victim and stabbed him to death. Within hours of the crime, the trio were arrested by police officials.
