Gurugram Man Rapes Live-in Partner's Sister After Giving Her Sleeping Pills, Accused on the Run

In a shocking incident of outraging the modesty of a woman, a 35-year-old man was booked for allegedly raping his live-in partner’s sister last month after giving her sleeping pills. According to a Hindustan Times report, the suspect is on the run.

Gurugram, September 17: In a shocking incident of outraging the modesty of a woman, a 35-year-old man was booked for allegedly raping his live-in partner’s sister last month after giving her sleeping pills. According to a Hindustan Times report, the suspect is on the run and the matter was reported to the police on Sunday after which, a case was registered. The suspect allegedly raped the victim on August 5 when she was at her sister’s house in Shivaji Nagar and had requested for medicines for cold and cough. The suspect gave her four tablets and she fell asleep after having them. It was only after she woke up, she found that she was raped. She informed her sister, who asked her to keep quiet. However, she recently told her parents, who came down to Gurugram and took her to the Police station.

The victim in her statement has alleged that her sister is also involved in the conspiracy. The accused has been booked under several sections of the IPC for committing the heinous crime.

In another shocking incident that happened a few days ago in Gurugram, a 34-year-old man was arrested for raping a four-year-old girl in Badshapur area. The accused, a construction worker was working at the site when he saw the minor girl playing there. He allegedly took the girl to the basement of the building and raped her.
