Gurugram, September 27: A woman has filed a complaint against her colleague who allegedly raped her, recorded the video of the sexual act and continued to blackmail her for eight months. According to a Hindustan Times report, the woman said that the man had promised to marry her, but later he refused to do so.

The incident reportedly took place in 2018, when both the accused and the complainant met for the first time while working at a private company in Gurugram. In her police complaint, she mentioned that one day she forgot her wallet in office and she got a call from her colleague saying that he has got the wallet at home and to collect it from his place. On reaching his home, she was served tea, which tasted weird and then soon she started feeling drowsy. The man then allegedly raped her and recorded the entire incident on his mobile phone and threatened to circulate the images if she spoke about this to anyone else.

The woman, in the complaint, alleged that he slapped her, forced her to drink alcohol and had “unnatural sex” with her. The man forced her to be in a relationship and promised to marry her. However, recently the woman found out that the accused is also in a relationship with another woman for the past three years and had no intention of marrying the complainant.
