Chhota Udepur, January 13: In a shocking case, an 80-year-old elderly woman died after unidentified robbers chopped off her legs to steal her 'Kadas' (anklets). The incident took place on Saturday in Kanalava of Chhota Udepur in Gujarat. According to sources, the crime came to light when villagers found her body in a farm near her house. According to police officials, the elderly woman was sleeping alone in her house. When burglars came they haven't found anything so they dragged the victim to the nearby field and axed both of her legs, where, they killed her to rob her silver anklets. Meanwhile, a case has been registered under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
