Noida, December 20: After being suspended over sexual harassment allegations, a senior executive working for Genpact India allegedly committed suicide at his residence in Noida on Tuesday. The 35-year-old man in his suicide note said that all the harassment allegations against him were untrue, reported Hindustan Times. According to the police officials, the body of the man was discovered by his wife with a suicide note explaining the reason why he took such extreme step. The victim, a native of Haryana, was living in a highrise apartment in sector 137. A spokesperson for Genpact India confirmed that executive was on suspension. “It is with deep sorrow that we confirm the news of an employee’s untimely death. Our heart goes out to his family at this tragic time. We had received a complaint against him and had put him on temporary suspension pending the outcome of the investigation,” said a spokesperson to Hindustan Times.
