Gay Youth From Pune Stabs Boyfriend Who Constantly Demanded Sex, Escapes Police Custody

A 23-year-old man stabbed his 46-year-old boyfriend after the youth got fed up with partner's constant demands for sex.

Pune, September 25: In a bizarre incident, a 23-year-old man stabbed his 43-year-old boyfriend after the youth got fed up with his partner's constant demands for sex. After he stabbed his boyfriend in the chest, hand and face with a sharp weapon, he was booked under the Section 307 of the IPC under the allegation of attempting to murder the complainant on Wednesday but later he escaped the police custody. LGBTQ Community Celebrates Decriminalization of Section 377

According to the reports, the youth fled the police custody on Sunday. He escaped after he was taken to hospital due to complaints about vomiting and stomach ache.

The victim and the accused met each other on an online dating portal and were in a consensual homosexual relationship for more than two years, reported ANI. The accused was a diploma in engineering while the complainant was a businessman by profession. Reportedly, the constant demand of sex by the complainant led to the murder attempt.

During the investigation, cops found out that victim's desire for a "round two" of sex in the morning led to a dispute between the couple, which ended in the attack. The accused will be booked under the Section 307 of the IPC, along with the Arms Act and a fresh new case will be registered against him for evading arrest.
