Firing Outside BJP MP Hans Raj Hans’ Office in Delhi’s Rohini, Police Arrests 51-Year-Old Man; Watch Video

An unknown man open fired shots outside Bharatiya Janata Party (MP) MP Hans Raj Hans' office in New Delhi's Rohini area. At the time of the incident, the office was closed and no one was injured. The man who appeared to be in his fifties soo escaped from the spot.

New Delhi, November 4: Rameshwar Pehalwan, who open fired shots outside Bharatiya Janata Party (MP) MP Hans Raj Hans' office in New Delhi's Rohini area, has been arrested by the Police. At the time of the incident, the office was closed and no one was injured. Police have also recovered a weapon from him. The 51-year-old accused, sporting a saffron kurta and pyjama, had fired two shots before fleeing from the spot. The video of the incident is also going viral on the internet, where the accused can be seen open firing outside the BJP leader office.

The incident has been recorded on the CCTV. A First Information Report (FIR) is being filed on the basis of CCTV footage. Hans Raj Hans is a BJP Member of Parliament (MP) from North West Delhi. The singer-turned-politician, who joined the BJP in 2016, had defeated Aam Aadmi Party's Gugan Singh by over six lakh votes in the Lok Sabha Elections 2019.
