Fire at Vikas Bhawan; Blaze Erupts At Government Building In Delhi

Delhi, March 11: A fire broke out at the 6th floor of Vikas Bhawan in Delhi on Monday. According to a tweet by ANI, fire tenders were pressed to service as soon as the incident was reported. Around six fire engines are present at the spot to douse the fire. According to a report, the fire broke out at the government building on Wednesday. The unprecedented fire broke out due to short circuit on the sixth floor of Vikas Bhawan. Earlier, last week, a similar fire broke out at CGO Complex in the national capital. The blaze was reported at the fifth floor of Pandit Deendayal Antyodaya Bhawan at CGO Complex. To douse the fire, 24 fire engines were pressed into action. In the incident, one CISF inspector got unconscious and was taken to AIIMS, where he succumbed to his injuries.
