Meerut, October 21: A court in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut recently sentenced a man and his father to life imprisonment in connection with a dowry death case. The court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate, while passing the order, sentenced the deceased woman's husband and her father-in-law to life imprisonment.
According to a report in the Times of India, the incident occurred in September 2020 when the 28-year-old newlywed woman was dead under mysterious circumstances.
