Surat, September 24: In a horrific incident, a six-year-old girl was killed by a school principal after she resisted a rape bid in Pipaliya in Gujarat’s Dohad district. The principal of a primary school has been arrested for allegedly murdering a class 1 student after she resisted his attempts to rape her.

According to a report published by India Today, the body of the girl was found at the same school on September 19. During the investigation, it was found that the girl’s parents had sent her to school with the principal, Govind Nat, in his car. Following a thorough investigation, the police took Govind Nat into custody. During interrogation, Nat confessed to the crime, admitting that he killed the girl when she resisted his attempts to rape her. He explained that he tried to silence her screams by covering her mouth, which led to her death. Nat then hid her body in the back of his car, attended school as usual, and later disposed of her belongings near the school gate before leaving her body behind a classroom.
