Bengaluru, August 28: Raj Dulari Sinha, a 76-year-old retired teacher, succumbed to her injuries after she was attacked by a bunch of stray dogs during her morning walk in Bengaluru's 7th Residential Camp, Air Force Station East, on August 28. The incident took place around 6:30 AM on the Jalahalli Airforce playground in Vidyaranyapura locality of Bengaluru.

The mother-in-law to an airman, Raj Dulari Sinha was reportedly pounced upon by 10-12 dogs and suffered severe injuries in the attack. Sinha, who was rushed to the hospital, died on the way due to her injuries. The doctors declared her "dead on arrival". Harikrishnan, a witness to the gruesome attack, posted on X about the incident. He expressed his guilt writing that he tried to help the lady by shouting at dogs, even his family joined in, but they were unable to save her due to the playground wall separating them. The local police arrived at the scene of the attack and identified the victim as Raj Dulari Sinha, a resident of the 7th Residential Camp, Air Force Station East. The Gangamma Gudi police have registered a case of unnatural death.
