Hyderabad, September 10: In Telangana's Hyderabad, a junior doctor was attacked and beaten by a mob of family members of a woman after she died at the hospital. The appealing incident took place at Gandhi Hospital. She succumbed to her injuries around 4 pm on Monday, September 10, during the treatment. Following the woman’s death, his family members arrived at the hospital and started creating a ruckus. “One of the family members took his helmet and hit the doctor repeatedly on her back and she was injured. She has been given treatment and is stable now,” an official of Gandhi Medical College and Hospital told The News Minute.

Meanwhile, a complaint has been registered against the family members of the deceased. A case has been registered under Indian Penal Code section 332 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from his duty).
