New Delhi, July 30: In a shocking incident, two employees of a Nangloi-based firm were shot at by unidentified assailants on Monday. According to a tweet by ANI, the assailants fled the spot with Rs 40 lakh that the employees were going to deposit at State Bank of India (SBI) branch in Wazirpur. An investigation into the matter has been initiated. More details are awaited.
In a separate incident, one gunman was killed while one gunman was injured after being shot at by bike-borne miscreants near Raj Bhavan on Monday, The incident took place when the two men were guarding a cash van. According to a report by ANI, the miscreants fled away with a bag they picked from the van. ADG Law & Order Anand Kumar says, 'we are tracing the bike, probe underway'.

Earlier this week, a 45-year-old builder was shot dead allegedly by four bike-borne assailants in outer Delhi's Ranhola. According to a report by Police, the deceased, identified as Rajendra Goyal, was a resident of Uttam Nagar.
According to a PTI report, the incident took place at 9:15 am, in front of Kanak Banquet Hall in Ranhola's Vikas Nagar, where Goyal had come to supervise the construction work of a banquet hall, a senior officer said. DCP (Outer) Saju P Kuruvilla was quoted in reports saying that Rajendra had been supervising the construction work of Kanak banquet hall. and after the shooting, he was shifted to DDU hospital where Goyal succumbed to his injuries.
