Delhi, July 21: The Delhi Traffic police informed that there is slow vehicular movement near Bhairon Marg due to traffic closure from Mathura Road to Ring Road. Therefore, drivers coming from Akshardham, Ashram, towards Central Delhi and North Delhi are requested to use Mathura Road, Barapula, W-point and Noida Link Road.

The national capital witnessed heavy rains lashing several parts of Delhi-NCR on Monday morning. As a result of which, a building in Delhi's ITO area collapsed. The dramatic video of the building collapse went viral on social media in which the house can be seen getting washed away by the rushing water. Currently, there is a blame-game going on among political parties, after heavy rains inundated Delhi.
