Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee Dissolved, Members Resign From Posts on Corruption Charges
Along with President S Manjeet Singh GK, general secretary S Manjinder Singh Sirsa and others members resigned from their respective posts.
New Delhi, December 6: The Delhi unit of Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee has been dissolved, and its president S Manjeet Singh GK has resigned for his post on Thursday. Along with Manjeet, general secretary S Manjinder Singh Sirsa and all the other members have resigned from their respective positions.
Following the corruption charges, Manjeet took this decision and had requested the election body to conduct polls soon. He has written to the elections body claiming that he is not involved in any corruption and all the allegations are false. According to the latest information, the elections might take place between December 24 and 30. Assuring that the new team would probe the corruptions charges, Manjeet stated it would constitute a group of honest people. Manjeet, hailing from Greater Kailash ward, assured of stringent actions against the perpetrators.
