New Delhi, November 21: In a shocking incident, a man in the national capital was arrested on Wednesday on charges of masturbating in a public bus. According to a tweet by ANI, the man was booked for masturbating in front of a girl on a bus. Reports inform that the survivor had to tackle with the culprit alone. The victim said the commuters watched but no one on the bus that came to help her. According to reports, the survivor is a student. The incident took place on the bus which was on route from Kapasheda to Vasant Kunj in South Delhi. The woman sought help but no commuter came forward to help her. In the recent past, there have been many instances of sexual harassment. Earlier in May, a mentally unsound man in Kolkata was arrested for allegedly masturbating in a bus while staring at two women. Reports inform that the two video grabs showed that an elderly man making vulgar gestures and allegedly masturbating inside a bus. According to a report by PTI, the man, a hawker by profession, was arrested from Shyampukur police station area in the city.
